Hi all.
Callington Mill is an old windmill that is currently being restored in Oatlands, Tasmania. Completion is due for July 2010 and we are looking for Organic grain to supply the mill. It is a relatively small mill, producing around 250 tonnes per year. Tasmanian and mainland growers are welcome to make contact. Wheat, rye, spelt, quinoa...
