This course has been designed to give you a practical understanding of organic production systems along with a working knowledge of your responsibilities as a Retailer or Restaurant under the 'NEW' Australian Standard for Organic and Biodynamic Product.
The course covers the following;
- What is organic growing and the principles of organic agriculture
- What are and why do we have standards
- International and national standards
- Specific requirements for retailers and restaurants under the 'NEW' Australian Standard for Organic and Biodynamic Product.

For full access to our eLearning area you will need
to Register:
