For full access to our eLearning area you will need to Register:
  1. Fill out the online Registration Form.
  2. An email will be immediately sent to your email address with your login details.
  3. Read your email, and click on the web link to activate your registration.
  4. Login to the TM Organics website using the Members login section on the homepage in the right hand column.
  5. Enrol in your preferred course and make your payment online using a credit card, or you can contact us directly to
    make a payment over the phone.
  6. When your payment has been approved you will be given access to your course.

The organic market is growing, with opportunities in dairy and dairy processed products, meat and meat products, processed and value added goods (jams, pasta, sauces etc.) ready to eat meals, baby food and children’s snacks, wine, beer and non alcoholic beverages and primary producers as suppliers to a value add markets.

 In this one day workshop, we cover the following topics

  • Understanding the market for Organic food and beverages
  • Current trends and future projections for the global and domestic market
  • Market entry strategies for the domestic and global markets
  • Supply and value chains
  • Organic processing techniques and requirements
  • Using organic certification to enhance your environmental sustainability
  • Certification and compliance:- record keeping obligations and the Organic Management Plan
  • Choosing a certifier and managing the certification process

About the Presenter

The course is presented by Tim Marshall from TM Organics, Australia’s leading organic trainers and consultants. Tim has over 25 years experience in organic production and certification and has visited or inspected over 2000 production operations in Australia and more than 20 other countries.

“Reaching the Organic Market” is conducted FREE of charge to eligible participants as a supported program via Enterprise Connect. Enterprise Connect is a $50 million a year Australian Government initiative that provides support to eligible Australian small and medium sized businesses. Core services include a Business Review for eligible businesses at no charge to firms and grant assistance to implement recommendations flowing from the Business Review.
